Stoneridge Wedding
On Saturday Jan and I travelled to Queenstown to spend the day with Kate and Ridz. It was a very special and colourful wedding. We started at the Oakshores Resort taking photos of Kate getting ready and puting on her beautiful Indian wedding gown.
Following the ceremon, Kate changed into her beautiful white wedding dress for the formal photos. Following spending time with Kate and Anna, her bridesmaid, we went and met Ridz and his family who were getting ready in Queesnstown. The ceremony was heal at the St Moritz Hotel Queenstown.
The Muslim ceremony was followed by the exchaging of rings.
Mikhail Ahmed was the ring bearer and one of the Pageboys. Family photos were also taken at the St Moritz.
Then it was off to the Sofitel Hotel in Queenstown where Kate and Ridz got changed for the formal photo shoot.
Once Kate was changed we witnessed the Indian giving of gifts. Kates new Mother in Law gave her a beautiful Necklace and Earring set .

It was a fascinating day being able to witness the Muslim Wedding ceremony and then be part of the more traditional service. Thankyou Kate and Ritz for a very enjoyable day.
